Instructions

Marinate the Beef

In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and vegetable oil.

Add the thinly sliced beef and mix well to coat.

Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare the Dressing

In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, minced garlic, and sliced chilies (if using). Adjust seasoning to taste.

Stir-Fry the Beef

Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
