Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas, peeled and halved lengthwise
  • 1 cup (240 ml) coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup (60 g) brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup (35 g) shredded coconut (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Baking Dish

Arrange the banana halves in a single layer in a baking dish.

Make the Coconut Milk Mixture

In a small bowl, combine the coconut milk, brown sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt. Mix well until the sugar is dissolved.

Pour the Mixture Over the Bananas

Pour the coconut milk mixture evenly over the bananas in the baking dish.

Bake the Bananas
