Ingredients

  • 4 chorizo sausages
  • 4 sandwich rolls or baguettes, sliced lengthwise
  • 1 cup (240 ml) chimichurri sauce (for serving)

Instructions

Prepare the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Grill the Chorizo

Place the chorizo sausages on the grill.

Cook the sausages for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through.

Toast the Rolls

While the sausages are grilling, place the sliced sandwich rolls or baguettes on the grill, cut side down.

Toast the rolls for about 1-2 minutes until they are lightly browned and crispy.

Assemble the Choripán

Place a grilled chorizo sausage in each toasted roll.

Spoon chimichurri sauce generously over the sausage.
