Preheat your oven to 350째F (175째C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, milk, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, dried thyme, and dried oregano.
Mix until all the ingredients are well combined, but do not overmix.
Transfer the meat mixture to a baking sheet or a loaf pan.
Shape it into a loaf form if using a baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard.
Stir until smooth and well combined.
Spread half of the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
Remove the meatloaf from the oven and spread the remaining glaze over the top.
Return the meatloaf to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160째F (71째C).
Allow the meatloaf to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
