Ingredients

Instructions

Prepare Breadfruit

Peel the breadfruit and remove the core. Slice the flesh thinly (about 1/8-inch thick) using a mandolin or a sharp knife.

Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season Chips

Place the sliced breadfruit in a large bowl. Toss with vegetable oil, salt, and any additional seasonings like black pepper, paprika, or garlic powder if desired.

Arrange Slices

Arrange the slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Avoid overlapping to ensure even crisping.

Bake Chips
