In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm milk and let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and salt. Make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture, softened butter, and eggs.
Mix until a dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Punch down the dough and divide it into small balls (about 30 grams each).
Roll each ball into a small circle. Place a teaspoon of filling in the center, then fold the dough over and roll it up into a crescent shape.
Place the kiflice on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Allow the kiflice to cool on a wire rack before serving.
