Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers or digestive biscuits
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Prepare the Mixture

In a large bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers or digestive biscuits, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and chopped nuts.

Add Wet Ingredients

Add the sweetened condensed milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

Form and Chill

Press the mixture into a lined 9x9 inch (23x23 cm) baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.

Serve

Cut into squares or bars and serve chilled.
