Ingredients

  • 300g (10.5 oz) assorted sausages (e.g., bologna, salami), thinly sliced
  • 1 large red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (e.g., Emmental or Swiss)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon mustard (Dijon or yellow)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients

Thinly slice the sausages and place them in a large salad bowl. Add the sliced red onion, pickles, and grated cheese.

Make the Dressing

In a small bowl, whisk together the white wine vinegar, vegetable oil, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine the Salad

Pour the dressing over the sausage mixture. Toss well to ensure everything is evenly coated.

Chill and Serve

Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Before serving, stir in the chopped parsley.
