Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan.
Add the black tea leaves or tea bags to the boiling water.
Let it steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on your preferred strength.
Remove the tea leaves or tea bags and set the brewed tea aside.
In a separate bowl, combine the condensed milk, evaporated milk, and sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Pour the brewed tea into the milk mixture.
Stir well to combine.
To achieve the frothy texture characteristic of Teh Tarik, pour the tea mixture from one container to another from a height, allowing the tea to "stretch" and create foam. Alternatively, you can use a traditional Teh Tarik method if you have the right equipment or pour it vigorously between two cups.
Pour the Teh Tarik into serving glasses or cups.
